Trial. New accounts may start a 14-day trial for $1. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged again. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins automatically at the end of the trial and is billed monthly or yearly, based on the plan you chose.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal. Monthly plans are billed monthly and annual plans are billed yearly, in advance, to the card on file. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Included minutes. Pro includes 300 minutes per month, Premium 500 and Elite 800. Minutes over your plan's limit are billed at 20 cents per minute.
How to cancel. Email [email protected] or call 904-822-4221 at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; service continues until then and you will not be billed again.
Refunds. Monthly fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide credits for partial months or unused service. Annual plans may be refunded if you request it within 14 days of purchase; after 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable. Setup fees are not refundable. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect amount.
Third-party charges. Phone carrier, SMS and overage minute charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above shows the latest version.
